Learn the tricks of the trade of powerlifting in this four-week training program. Throughout the series, you will progress through the squat, bench press, and deadlift, while perfecting technique and learning modifications. Be sure to join this series so you can "raise the bar" of your fitness goals. This session will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
