Try a Triathlon - $40.00

Perfect for beginners and advanced athletes alike. This 6 week instructional class will provide a training program, guidance, and support in preparation for a triathlon. The sessions will introduce swimming, biking, and running mechanics and help build endurance for a one-day sprint triathlon event. Whether its to improve your fitness, train for a race, or just to have fun - give this training program a try. Class sessions will meet each Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30pm -7pm. Previous triathlon racing experience not required, but all participants must be able to swim one lap (50 yards) continuously.
